Quick request regarding role changes

The forum I'm helping run at the moment is quite exclusive, and as a result will likely have at least one banned member each week. Is it possible to alter the e-mail that gets automatically sent out so that it includes the 'Role change details' to save any questions keep coming back to us?

you can change the template email (email_banned.txt) in the the language folder
