Cannot get users profiles to display in full

edited September 2007 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
Hi there My apologies if this query has already been answered somewhere (I've trawled the boards but can't seem to find an answer :) ) but I'm looking to rectify the following 'challenge' with vanilla. I've set up some forums where the user, when logged in, is taken to their profile page where only their username is displayed(all good and well.) The problem is that I need to display a text area where all of the user's discussion content (that they have entered) is displayed on their user profile page which needs to be editable by the user and also the moderator, is viewable (but not editable) by registered users who have logged in and is not viewable at all to any user who has not logged in. The current set-up only displays the username, real name and IP address for the moderators to view, which wants to remain. The tweaks that need to be made involve displaying the discussion history/comments entered by the user as explained in the second paragraph. If anyone can explain, or offer any assistance with regards to this, I will be most grateful. I wouldn't be surprised if it's something very simple and I've missed the most obvious way(s) to do this!
