Forum intregation in existing site

Hi, I have a site with user account. Where they login and post the profile. Now i decided 2 use forum. so I install vinilla. Every thing is fine, But user has 2 login twice - one for thier account and other for foum. How could mke they login only once.

    If you know php, you should be able to do it. Btw, what software are you using for your site?

    I m using php & MYSQL, with my own developed authentication system. Which work totally differently.
