Sidebar Stylesheet?

edited August 2005 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
So i'm just playing with firefox and bookmarks and stuff and i notice you can open bookmarks in the sidebar - is it possible to make a stylesheet for this similar to the handheld one? (i.e. a lot narrower)?

  • Hmm, I don't think so.

  • if you're using firefox, create a new bookmark manually, and tick the box that says 'open bookmark in sidebar'
  • ehhh, this looks HIGHLY f'd up in my sidebar considering that there are fixed widths for said sidebar, mini. That with the fact that the sidebar is only about 400px wide max doesn't necessarily help it. I guess this could work for a truely fluid stylesheet, but not the main really when you have things like the panel hider enabled.

apparently it did something to your avatar too, cuz it's gone.. wtf?
  • my server is being retarded today, im screwing things up.
  • i get you mini. of course that would be possible, you'd just need to be very clever with getting things on the page, since page real estate would be superpremium. this way, you could be lurking on the board all the time, in the same window!
  • well exactly jsanders, thats why i thought if we could make it use the handheld css somehow (which naturally accounts for situations where space is at a premium) it would be pretty neat.
  • I see no use for it.
