no luck with PFC

So I followed all the directions I could find to install and integrate PFC with my vanilla. I uploaded the extracted PFC folder to my directory (www.moonbeams.us/daughters/extensions/) When I try to browse the default.php file, nothing happens. IE just sits there, saying 'done' at the bottom of the page. Any ideas how to get this thing up and rolling?

    Hi,
    1) you shouldn't browse the default.php file directly
    2) please reread the instructions carefully, I think you should go to the settings section, then follow the extensions link to be able to activate PFC
    3) if you get problems, reread this discussion and post a question with as many details you can
