Whisper Inbox Category Extension

I've seen the other pm extensions but I was thinking more along the lines of... you have a category with all of your whispers. Except, you can't post public discussions in it. You can send and receive whispers the same as normal but it can only happen in the specified category. Also, a whisper notification extension built in... but I've seen the other one which isn't bad.

    I don't understand the goal of your discussion, is it a request for an add-on ?

    oh yes, sorry. My mistake. I should've made that clear! :) I think it would make the whisper function much easier to use.

    Maybe you could have a look at Category Roles, for some inspiration...
