missing category names

hi,

i am just tweaking and squeezing my old forum in to a vanilla forum and I just notice that I don't see category names above the discussion. see: http://www.cielab.org/vanilla/categories.php sorry its german. I can't remember if I changed this part in the source, if so could just somebody help me to fix this? I am good in taking out code but I am poor in puting code back in ;)
