Applicant Declined email?

Hi At the moment applicants gets an email confirmation went they are accepted, but I was wondering if it was possible to send a notification email if the user is declined as well? Thanks

I am also wondering if this is possible? It would be quite handy to notify people if their membership was denied. Even better would be an option to include a reason why they're application was declined.
