Add-on request: email contents to admin

we run a wordpress listings calendar, and it would be very useful to allow people to tick a box when posting which would then email the contents of the post to the admin (or a given email address). that way, users could post their event on the forum, and ask for it to be added to the listings calendar, in one go. would this be hard to code?
