workaround for linking to posts
May be useful for those stuck as I am on a forum with sparse Vanilla and no interest in adding extensions.
In vanilla Vanilla, can't directly get comment # for a post you can't edit. Workaround is: search for something you know is in the post, copy the URL from the search hit & use that to make link.
