How to replace "All Disussions"

I want to change the "All Discussions" in the title of the Internet Browser and on the Discussion list, how can I do that?

the simplest way would be to modify it in your language file
(/languages/**urlanguage**/definitions.php)

If you don't want to alter core files (changes will be lost after update), you should add
$Context->Dictionary['AllDiscussions'] = 'your new string';
to conf/language.php.
