I just saw this site called WPzipper. It's an interesting concept and implementation of something that has been discussed here - i.e., a way of packaging up Vanilla with certain add-ons, themes, etc.

Not yet, as I just found it. Maybe I'll see if I can find a place in which to set up a WP blog and try it.
