What kind of formater is used in this forum?

I have tried other html formater but I think I like the one used in this forum. Why? URL was converted to a link and link are opened in a new windows (_blank). Please tell me what extension is used in this forum. Thanks

    I'm also interested, since this forum supports HTML glyphs even in "Text" format, and that doesn't work on my forum. see : http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/7418/html-entities-not-interpreted-in-comments-/
