A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred Technical information (for support personel): Error Message An error occurred while creating a new discussion.     The topic name you're using is too long. Try a shorter one.

    when using utf-8 character, each one is encoded on 1,2 or 3 bytes, depending on the char type. Latin basic are 1, latin accented are 2 and chinese as many special glyphs are 3. So the size of the title is drastically reduced. You can try to lengthen the name column in the base.
