Adsense after 1st topic post (topic descryption) and ..

Hi, i would like to put Adsense between 1st topic (topic descryption) post and 1st answer (comment), and also between (defined 1,2,3,4...) comments.

nuggets doesn't let you put a nugget every X comments, does it?

Wow, it's great I can create 3 nuggets - and set as 1st, 3rd etc. Exactly how I wanted. Thanx @fmimoso.
