GetVanilla and UBB Thread

I was wondering if GetVanilla forum can interface with UBB Thread. I have a UBB thread forum online, and I want to move over to GetVanilla. Is this possible? If so, what do I have to do to move over the data from my old forum to GetVanilla?

    Um, if you can find a UBB -> phpBB converter you can run that and then use my phpBB migration tool. Otherwise you'd have to write your own converter. It will be possible but there isnt a vanilla function to do it.

    http://www.phpbb.com/phpBB/viewtopic.php?t=182222 -- This forum has listed a UBB -> phpBB converter. If I am to get my hands on a phpBB converter, I should dump this data into a new database and then use the php migration tool to move the database into Vanilla?

    well, you dont really need to use a new database. Infact at the moment my tool only allows to migrate within the same database into different tables (stupid i know). Assuming you can migrate from UBB to phpBB as phpBB would run standard, my migrator should work fine. If you want to change databases in the process you're best doing it on the first step. Give me a shout if you need any help.
