Success or Failure

Has anyone used this forum for Corporate/business use and if so are there any success/failure stories? Did the users reject this/love it?

I'm trying to get it set up as a known-issues register, a side offshoot of our useless help-desk application.

It would be ideal to discuss how problems are identified and solved and have a searchable register for reference.

But resistance persists, not because of Vanilla but because of stupidity and lack of foresight.
