Hi sjeeps, check out all these features and see if vanilla has it all in either out of the box or plugins : CMS features : 1) Manage registered users : Reset password, suspend acc, promote acc from FREE to PAID acc or PAID to FREE 2) Send mass email based on registered user's database (Hope this is possible without extra charges). For any updates or news regarding the site. Site Functions : FREE accounts : 1) Users need to register to post entries, send messages to other registered users 2) FREE accs can post normal entries and embed images which is hosted elsewhere. 3) FREE acc's ads will auto expire and be taken down (not deleted) from the site once they reach 30 days maturity,they will be sent an email to nofity that their ads has been taken down due to the 30 days expiry period and they can login into their accs to reinstate the ads for another 30 days if they want. 4) FREE accs will not be able to attach files (PDF,XLS,TXT) for other users/site visitors to download. 5) All registered users will have a url of their own page : http://www.paste-ads/yourname 6) When users register for a new account, they will recieve an email with a link to activate their account. PAID accounts : 1) They can upload max 3 files(PDF.XLS,TXT) in one entry for users/site visitors to download 2) They can upload images hosted by us with a restricted dimension of course and approved format 3)They can set the expiry dates on all their ads but once they default the payment, their ads will loose this previllages. Files which has been uploaded on to their entries will be hidden from the site visitors, their ads will expire 30 day from the day that their acc has been demoted,images which they have uploaded will also be hidden from their entries. Once the account has been paid, all those previllages and images plus files will show up. 4) A disk storage indicator will show up when users go to their profile page. This will indicate how much space they have left on their acc. 5) Send or leave messages for other registered users. An email will be sent to the recieving party to notify them that someone has left a message for them at www.paste-ads.com/yourname/balbla.... It will redirect them to the login page and once logged in, they will be brought to that particular message. 6) All registered users will have a url of their own page : http://www.paste-ads/yourname 7) When users register for a new account, they will recieve an email with a link to activate theor account. 8) Email notifications regarding account expiry will be sent 30, 14, 7, 3 days before actual expiry date. Main menu : "I have" : This section is for registered users to post whatever they want to sell or provide to the public "I need" This is section is for people who is looking for something or a service Contact us page : For contacting 'Paste-Ads' admin (email form with drop down subject) About : Info about the site Register Login / Lost password General features : 1) All entries has a 'Email this ad' to your friend feature where if people find this ad intresting and they want to let or share with their friends, they can use the form to email that entry to their friend. All users must be logged in to use this feature.
