How to display "Forum Statistics" in other place?

I am doing a theme and I want to show "Forum Statistics" in the footer of my site, exists some function to make this?

Unfortunately the setup for the forum statistics is a bit rigid at the moment.... you can change where it will be placed at the moment in the last couple of lines of the extension, but i have no idea what it would look like....
