After Installation I am getting a ApplyForm Doesn't Exist Error

After I installed Vanilla (All 3 steps went smoothly), I am getting this error when I am either automatically routed to the people.php page (After I complete the installation), or I click on the "sign in" button on the forums. I checked, and the file exists on the server. The error: A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred Technical information (for support personel): Error Message The "ApplyForm" control referenced by "ApplyForm" does not appear to exist.     I fixed it by uploading and rewriting everything from the /library/People folder.
