Extension Manager not funcitoning properly
Hi,
Today I added the Private Messages3 extension, and modified jquery / notify so they played nicely. Since then the extensions page is no longer behaving right. It says some extensions are 'off' yet they are on. When I turn an extension off on it, saves the change properly in the conf/extensions.php, but when I turn extensions on, it does not record them to conf/extenstions.php
Even when I turn extensions on manually (by editing the php file), it does not update the extension page.

also check what your mods on jquery & notify, and PM, play in settings.php maybe they're corrupting the extensions loading or whatever
