[Chocolaty] Articles System
Chocolaty Articles would be a complete article management system.
It would allow you to add/edit/remove articles and even link to external articles.

# Rate articles

# Member articles require approval
# External articles
so members pretty much can have articles under categories that you set for them
like maybe news on technology
or politics or movie reviews
and your members can write stuff under them
there should also be sub categories too (if possible)
