Integration of Drupal 6.2 & Vanilla 1.1.4 (Error...)
Hi,
I have joined vanilla forum recently as I am creating a website which is using Drupal (6.2) as my CMS and Vanilla (1.1.4) as my forum. I followed the wiki guide Drupal integration with only one minor deviation from the guide, see Drupal integration # 49.
Initially everything worked fine, I had a integrated sql dB, a unified lonin via Drupal etc. Until I started to add extensions in Vanilla, then with certain add-on and atempts to update or change themes etc. I would get the following error message:
! Some problems were encountered
The file could not be opened. Please make sure that PHP has write access to the /vanilla/conf/settings.php file.
Conf folder set to CHmod 755 as is settings.php.
Any ideas what would be causing this?
I am very stuck and unable to continue with my sit as I need to add extensions and make changes to the theme and vanilla sign-in screen etc as part of the integration process.
I would be ever so grateful for any insight.
Has anyone else attempted then same integration with the latest versions of both Drupal and Vanilla?
Regards
Chris
