Default Login Page Problems

Please, i just installed vanilla at www.icgckd.org/vanilla/ But as you can see when u visit the link, it looks different from what vanilla says i should expect, i mean i dont know how i'll get into the admin cpanel and make my settings stuff. i love vanilla. I might be missing something, but are you meaning the "Not signed in (Sign In)"? I see it where it's supposed to be, top right.
