Two minor problems, please help me

I'm new in Vanilla ,and new in English I have two minor problems , please help me 1. I want to add my Email to the bottom of Panel , together with : "Vanilla 1.1.4 is a product of Lussumo. More Information: Documentation, Community Support. Installed Add-ons." which file can I Change? I'm also new in PHP, beforetime I creat several Wordpress themes, but I find it's much different from Vanilla 2. How can I add an Notice below the navigation and above the discussion area, just like we can see in Lussumo Community when we have not sign in : Welcome Guest! Want to take part in these discussions? If you have an account, sign in now. If you don't have an account, apply for one now. Thanks a lot

1. look for this line in /languages/English/definitions.php:

/* Please do not remove or alter this definition */ $Context->Dictionary['PanelFooter'] = '<p id="AboutVanilla"><a href="http://getvanilla.com">Vanilla '.APPLICATION_VERSION.'</a> is a product of <a href="http://lussumo.com">Lussumo</a>. More Information: <a href="http://lussumo.com/docs">Documentation</a>, <a href="http://lussumo.com/community">Community Support</a>.</p>';

And add whatever you want to it.
