New Tab to Display Threads from Single Category

I'm using the Page Manager add-on, and I'm wondering if anybody can offer any help in creating a tab with the appropriate code to display the threads from a single category. I assume that Page Manager would be the best way to do this, and that it would be a matter of throwing in the appropriate PHP code from Vanilla's Discussion grid, but since my PHP skills are, well, pretty minimal, I thought I'd ask if anybody has done this and can share their code, or even if this is the right approach to take.

Cant you just use it to add a tab which points at the URL of a category page? Much simpler...
