Template Problem

I installed nuggets extension. I am facing some problem. May be it is a bug. On category and accounts page footer nuggests is not working correctly.

Please look at this picture below
1. First page discussion working fine.

2. but on second page it doesn't working good. Creating problems for me.

    Go to http://validator.w3.org/ and check to be sure your page is valid HTML. Simple HTML errors often cause display bugs like that. Most likely in this case a < div > is unclosed somewhere in the markup on the second page, and that's why the footer is floating up like that.
