Combination of Discussion categories and Discussions list on front page?

As can be seen here: http://www.boagworld.com/forum/ There is a list of all categories on the home page, with the most recent discussions appearing underneath them. Is this an extension or is something fancier going on? Thanks!

    wow that is pretty nice design the y got there on that one site .... hmmm they don't have to have thie following on their site ? ? ? : "Vanilla 1.1.4 is a product of Lussumo. More Information: Documentation, Community Support. Installed Add-ons." ? ? ?

    Unless they gave Mark something, they should have the Lussumo signature. Some people are selfish though :(

    they actually have it, but hidden via css 'display:none'
