Hiding a user's comments?

Is there anyway so individual users and choose to hide discussion topics or comments from another user? I know there is an add-on that will block html tags from specific users, but I am looking to find a way to block entire posts.

    http://lussumo.com/addons/index.php?PostBackAction=AddOn&AddOnID=250 That is the only add-on I know of that has anything to do with hiding comments. As far as hiding complete posts from users I don't know of a way other than making a category and applying the appropriate permissions.
