Where can i make general changes to Vanilla 1.1.4 ??

Where can i change title and stuff ? Is there a file where i can change for example the name of the forum afterwards ??

    look in conf/*php, usually in conf/settings.php

    Some of those settings can also be changed in the settings tab, application settings on the left.
