Mass Editing All Sorts of Stuff

like roles, groups, posts in categories and all those things... is there an recommendable extension out there?

    How and why would you want to 'mass edit' that stuff?

    Imagine a new category setting and you'ld like to reorder a huge bunch of discussions.
    Or splitting/rearranging the user groups - same thing, sucks doing it by hand with lots of accounts.
    It's a common thing on other cms having the ability to mass-edit your data - so why not with vanilly as well?

    Sorry for the bump, but is there really nobody who's interested in that - it's a key feature of most common cms though...
