Vanilla developers, your advice please?

edited August 2008 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
I'm working on an extension to add reCAPTCHA validation to the membership app form. My problem is that the reCAPTCHA box is too big for the form cell. Example.

It would still be too big even if I ditched the pretty red box and just showed the CAPTCHA image (the image is 300px wide).

Would anyone care? Or should I find a better way to approach this? Your thoughts, please.

  • You could rewrite the log-in page; I mean using an alternative Controller.
  • Is it not possible to add an extra CSS file to the extension that just makes the form wider?
  • Good call, Stash, a little CSS magic fixed it up just right.

Expect a release soon. Thanks guys!
