Unable to change role.

Users were set to be Applicant and have been registered as Applicant. We cannot change the Applicant to Member because Account options only shows "Change Personal Information" and does not show "Change Role". Please suggest how we can change the Applicant role to Member.

    You should go to the applicants page under settings to approve applicants.
