How do I turn off the Text-only mode?

I would like to remove that whole 'Text-only mode' feature for my Vanilla forum, how do I go about doing so?

    Hmmm. You can't reallly do that in 0.9.2.2. I guess you could always just hide it with css. That would be the easiest.
