Need to Hire Vanilla Expert

I've installed my data base and got most of my site looking ok. Where can I turn to hire someone that is very good with vanilla. I have some unique features I'd like integrated and some basic clean up of the look. I've posted on Elance but I'm hesitant that I'll find someone great at Vanilla that I can trust.. Thanks in advance.

    Yes....exactly. I assume that most of what I want will be a breeze for you. I just have very little experience and when I attempt to install any I always get crazy error messages and mess stuff up. Thanks. Peace and Grace. Does vanilla community have any Affiliate extensions? If not can ny vanilla forum integrate with Drupal?
