Migrate forum to Vanilla - Paid work

Hi there, i'm looking to migrate www.planet-tolkien.com to the Vanilla forum but need SQL type who can do the work! I also need a plugin developing that will allow anyone posting to accrue points for each post and allow them to spend those points on vairious items which will be displayed on their profile page.

I've posted about this before, to no avail, and the migration at least is very urgent so I'd appreciate a reply.
