Error: Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit

After any page in my vanilla forum opens I get an error "Error in my_thread_global_end(): 1 threads didn't exit " and I can't figure out how to isolate it further. My site is on a hosted Windows based server in case that makes a difference. Is this a permissions issue? I hope someone out there has an idea what is causing this. Thank you for taking the time to help.
