Issue Tracker Project Filter problem

You can reproduce the problem from Lussumo Community Bugs page.
- first filter on Framework
- then filter on All Projects

But it does not filter all projects, it always go back to Framework (last filtered).

Is this a known issue? any suggestion on how to fix it?

worked after I commented out the following line:
