Signin Troubles!?

I can't seem to sign into my site. people.php acknowledges when the account information is incorrect and I can change my password but signing in just refreshes the page. it can't be a cookie problem because this problem is occurring for all members. any ideas?

    What's an error 28 I'm having the same problem...Yesterday I could login but today I can't...very frustrated

    I had similar problems. Have you upgraded to 1.1.5 recently? I had to temporarily copy some old library php files and it worked, but that made no point in upgrading. But when I've uploaded a fresh vanilla install to my server and done a update procedure, everything worked.
