FCKeditor problems

Hi, please offer solutions for these problems, if you can: 1. when not logged in, comments are all full of tags, if they had been added using fckeditor. how do i make all the comments in html for all, including notlogged/unregistered? 2. cyrillyc symbols are turned into html-entities, how do i preserve the original letters? thanks

    Not sure about either of these, but I would imagine 2. is an option in the actual FCK editor settings, and therefore a question better asked at their forums? Someone here *might* know the answer, but I would imagine you're more likely to get an answer there.
