How i insert adsense code in menu.php using own plugin

I want to insert adsense code or other javascript code behind of own plugin on menu.php and comments.php In comments.php would be between <div class="CommentBody" id="CommentBody_'.$Comment->CommentID.'"> and <div class="ContentInfo Middle"> I had testing all, but I could not resolve :( I need help, please!
