Smtp Issue

Can anyone help me with this? I'm using my web host's SMTP mail servers but vanilla can't seem to use them. It was usable on my old forums though, so I'm not sure why it isn't working here. Screen shot: http://i237.photobucket.com/albums/ff88/NCSorcererArt/smtp.jpg Thanks!

    Check with your provider how to use the smtp the server. Their might some help somewhere on its website on how to set up a mail client. Vanilla probably doesn't support your smtp mode of authentication.

    I do know that they require secure SMTP authorization. I've used the server for many other applications, but if Vanilla does not support secure smtp authorization, I guess that error would make sense.
