WYSIWYG Editor HELP!!

Hi there! I am having A LOT of trouble trying to get FCKeditor or TinyMCE working! I would personally prefer using TinyMCE becuase it looks less "busy" than FCKeditor. Is there anyone out the who could help me get TinyMCE working. Could you offer step-by-step directions, from when i add it to the directory to it ready for use THANKS SOOO MUCH!
