Where can I find/modify the text for the registration window?

Hi -- I'm new to Vanilla, and have looked for this question in the forum but didn't find it -- apologies if this is a duplicate. I've set up a small, private forum so some collaborators and I can easily stay in touch and trade files. No one I don't know personally will be on it, so I wanted to change the text on the application/registration page (I've already figured out how to comment out the ToS checkbox). Where could I find that text? Thanks for your help ...
