Get rid of role banner in posts

Helloooo, I made a new role called Moderator and promoted one of my members to that role. Now, in ever post he makes there is a huge red banner announcing that he is a moderator. There should be a way to get rid of this, yea? On a related note, is there any way to simply put little bit of text under or beside the persons name that says they are a mod or an admin? Right now it only shows on the account page, so other members only see it if they go out of their way to look. muchos gracias

    It's called the role tagline. Just delete it on the role settings page.

    Is there anyway to make it smaller? I want it there, but less... obvious...

    I'm not positive, as I don't have it installed at the moment, but I'd bet that there is some CSS that controls the look of it. May want to check the stylesheet out.
