Seo URLs and date translation questions

Hi, I have a few questions about vanilla URLs creation: 1st: Now url to the topic page looks: http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/8964/the-tragedy-of-linked-lists/#Item_0 But google also index page: http://lussumo.com/community/discussion/8964/ -Thats the same topics, same pages, so it is Duplicate content for Google - right ? And similar: http://lussumo.com/community/discussions/ is a copy of: http://lussumo.com/community/ Next thing - Category friendly URLs Now we have: http://lussumo.com/community/10/ But I think, it should be: http://lussumo.com/community/10/Filebrowser/ or just: http://lussumo.com/community/Filebrowser/ Am I Right Or Wrong ? Is it possible to easy fix it ? Other question - how to translate date stamp ? Eg. Oct 7th 2008 to xyz.07.2008 where xyz is my translation ? I search it in all files, but couldn't find.
