Sidebar Moderation

Hello, I'm sure Vanilla users "thought" that idea before. But i could not find any solution for this. The thing is, we had lots of extensions. And many of them using the left or right sidebar. But, when i try to modify this area i feel not free. For example, i've tried to change my language file and the order of my sidebar has changed. I really could not understand. Maybe there's a fix for this issue and i could not see.. Any ideas? Cheers.
