Problem with Friendly urls!|help needed

Hi, I added the friendly url's extension on my forum,also added $Configuration['URL_BUILDING_METHOD'] = 'mod_rewrite'; To the setting.php file in the conf directory as advised and also added the htacess folder in the Extension's directory. But there seems to be an issue,whenever i Click on any thing now on my website(Which as the Vanilla forum) It redirects me to another one of my websites which are on the same server. Is there a way around this,can some one assist me please? Yes,I have mod_rewrite enabled on my Apachi Thanks! Parastar
