A serious Error has occured|assistance needed

Hi, There has been an issue,I tried to change the Banner text of my forum and It wouldn't change,It actually said that the Change is successful,but the text is the same. Now there is another problem,The Code that I entered in the Banner space area,is appearing at top of the Member sign In page.check It out http://www.seegizmo.com/people.php?ReturnUrl=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.seegizmo.com%2F Please I need some help to get this sorted out,Im very worried. regards, Parastar

Check conf/settings.conf. Something is wrong with it (probably an extra "?>")
