SQL Error

I recently got this error when I went to approve applicants: Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in .../vanilla/library/Framework/Framework.Class.MySQL.php on line 133 How do I fix it? and What caused it?

    At what point did you encounter the error?

    As the applicant page was loading?
    Before clicking approve?
    After clicking approve?

    What version of PHP and MySQL are you using?
